Using ShiftAccept

You may use ShiftAccept only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Employer And Worker Responsibilities

• Employers are responsible for the accuracy of company, worker pool, interview, shift, pay, attendance, and billing information they enter.
• Workers are responsible for reviewing shift details, keeping profile information accurate, and using check-in and checkout features honestly.
• Users must not misuse ShiftAccept, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

Shifts, Payments, And E-Transfers

ShiftAccept helps employers and workers coordinate shifts, attendance, and payment records. ShiftAccept does not employ workers, does not guarantee shifts, does not guarantee payment, and does not send, receive, confirm, or guarantee e-transfer payments. Employers and workers remain responsible for their own employment, tax, payroll, and payment obligations.

Subscriptions And Fees

Employer features may require a paid subscription or usage fees. Prices, plan limits, included features, taxes, and billing intervals are shown in the product or app store flow before purchase where applicable. You authorize applicable charges through the selected billing provider.

Notifications

ShiftAccept may send transactional in-app, push, email, and SMS notifications for account verification, security, interviews, shifts, attendance, billing, and service activity. Carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

Availability And Changes

We work to keep ShiftAccept reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, outages, provider issues, or changes. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Intellectual Property

ShiftAccept, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by AppDevNest Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by law or written permission.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftAccept and AppDevNest Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, employment disputes, missed shifts, or payment disputes arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using ShiftAccept at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk, or misuses the service.
