Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email address, phone number, password credentials, and authentication provider details.
• Employer profile information, worker profile information, worker roles, interview records, shift records, attendance, check-in, checkout, and notification history.
• Location information used for shift check-in and checkout verification when a worker allows location access.
• Billing, subscription, invoice, usage, and payment-status information. Payment card details are processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored directly by ShiftAccept.
• Device information such as push-notification tokens, app platform, app version, logs, and security events needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

• To create accounts, authenticate users, and provide access to ShiftAccept features.
• To manage worker pools, interviews, shifts, acceptances, attendance, check-ins, checkouts, billing, and notifications.
• To send transactional email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications related to account activity, shifts, interviews, verification, password reset, billing, and service updates.
• To prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, and improve ShiftAccept.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate ShiftAccept. For example, employer users may see worker information needed to manage worker pools, interviews, shifts, and attendance. Workers may see employer and shift information needed to review and complete shifts.

We also use service providers for hosting, database, email, SMS, push notifications, maps, authentication, analytics, billing, app distribution, and support. These providers process information only for the services they provide to us.

Location Information

ShiftAccept uses worker location only when the worker grants device permission and uses check-in or checkout features that require location verification. Location data may be stored with attendance records so employers can review whether a check-in or checkout was verified.

Retention And Deletion

We retain account, shift, billing, and notification records for as long as needed to provide ShiftAccept, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Users may request account deletion or use in-app account deletion where available. Some records may be retained where required for billing, audit, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep ShiftAccept production systems protected and monitored.

Your Choices

• You can update account and profile information in ShiftAccept settings.
• You can manage notification preferences where available.
• You can disable device permissions such as location or push notifications in your device settings.
• You can contact us for privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests.
